Crystals Beauty, Power Vibes
In times of strife, many still seek ways to be more conscious, alleviate worry, and reduce stress. Therefore alternative therapies such as crystal healing gain popularity. The idea of using crystals to heal has been around for centuries. Still, with a few celebrities openly expressing their faith in the technique, it’s experienced a more widespread renaissance in recent years. Crystal healing is a complementary therapy that involves using gemstones to harmonize a person’s life and psyche. “Crystals have a constant and unchanging energy pattern, each with a unique frequency and energy field, or resonance,” according to the definition.
The use of crystals for energy healing resurfaced a few decades ago and is still gaining popularity. Although it may appear difficult to understand how a rock can be used for healing in this modern age of science, the answer lies in the vibrational energies found in crystals and how they influence the energy fields all around them, including the human energy field.
In crystallography, crystal structure refers to the systematic arrangement of their constituent elements and/or molecules inside a crystalline structure. The inherent nature of the component particles results in ordered formations, which create symmetric patterns that recur throughout treedimensional space.
Crystals or rocks are composed of 7 such crystal systems, also known as lattice patterns. They’re briefly explained below:
1. Hexagonal: The inner structure of a hexagonal crystal is like a 3D (3 dimensional) hexagon. Hexagonal crystals contribute to manifestation.
2. Isometric (Cubic): The inner structure of an isometric crystal is like a cube. They boost energies and improve the situation.
3. Monoclinic: The inner structure of a monoclinic crystal has a 3-D parallelogram structure. These crystals are used for protection.
4. Orthorhombic: The orthorhombic crystals have a diamond-shaped crystalline pattern. They cleanse and remove energy blockages.
5. Tetragonal: The tetragonal crystals have a rectangular structure inside. These crystals are attractors; they help attract things to you.
6. Triclinic: The triclinic crystals have three inclined axes inside. These gems either fend off negative energies or assist in the retention of positive ones.
7. Trigonal: The trigonal crystals have a triangular structure
inside, like in the Prism.
Crystals come in different shapes, sizes, colors, and compositions. You can find crystals as points, clusters, masses, and stones. Besides that, they’re fashioned into various forms such as eggs, spheres, pyramids, wands, obelisks, and touchstones by tumbling, cutting, and polishing.
Connecting with the Earth’s energy can be a lot of fun and enchanting when you use crystals for their spiritual and therapeutic qualities. However, when there are so many crystals to select from and you’re new to the crystal healing game, it may be overwhelming to find out the spiritual significance of each one. When working with crystals, I’ve learned a few techniques from my training as an energy healer. One of them is to select stones based on their hue to support various goals rather than research them. Color has an energy and a therapeutic effect on crystals.
Other spiritual techniques, such as color magic or the ancient eastern chakra system, use color symbolism similar to crystals. Various colors are associated with multiple facets of our well-being, including bodily health, emotional well-being, and spiritual well-being. We’ll go over how color works later in the book, but there are a few things you should know about crystals and their colors first. A crystal’s hue is determined by the following factors:
- Light absorption properties it possesses
- The minerals/chemicals it contains
- Any imperfections within the crystal
Minerals and impurities influence the light wavelengths the crystal absorbs and the color that results. For instance, if a crystal absorbs all the light wavelengths, it appears black. Words like crystal, gem, mineral, and rock are sometimes used interchangeably. Certain non-crystal substances, such as
amber (petrified tree sap), are sometimes referred to as crystals or stones. As for the difference in technical terms, they are as follows:
Crystal: A crystal is a mineral with a crystalline internal structure. Agate, which is a hexagonal crystal, is both a mineral and a rock too.
Gem: A gem is a polished, processed form of crystal. A cut diamond, known to be a crystal or a rock, is a gem or gemstone. Despite their gemstone status, amber and pearl are not crystals or stones.
Mineral: Mineral is a naturally occurring material having a particular chemical composition and a highly organized structure, which may or may not be crystalline in nature. Unlike other minerals, opal does not have a crystalline structure, making it both a gem and a rock.
Rock: A rock created through erosion, volcanic eruptions, or metamorphism is a combination or an aggregate of minerals. Marble is a metamorphic rock, meaning it’s gone through a lot of pressure and heat, thus made up of ultiple minerals.
Crystal Industry
As the demand for crystals and gemstones has increased, a whole industry has sprung up around lab-created gems and jewelry. These gemstones are often seen in jewelry, and they may come in a wide range of sizes, colors, and clarities. Natural crystals are expensive as jewelry, while synthetic rystals are less so. Through the course of billions of years, crystals grow deep beneath the Earth’s crust. As a result, many people think they still possess a healthy physique capable of storing large amounts of energy. Some people believe this reduces purity. It’s fair to assume that touching any crystal will affect its vibes. Thus every crystal energy is tainted after it’s been touched. Try holding a variety of crystals and observe which one has the power you need at the time. I would like to suggest that you hold different crystals in your hand and check if the energy you feel is the kind that you need at that moment.
Energy is in everything. The most fundamental property of matter, according to quantum physics, is that it is made up of vibrating strings of electricity. Your body has energy flowing inside, so do the crystals. You would be surprised at how accurate people are at estimating their own energy levels. If you don’t “vibe” with another individual, whether or not you
understand the concept of energy or energy healing, you may sense it. To have this experience is to be aware of energy and recognize that the energetic frequency of someone else does not match your own.
Now, ever been in the presence of a pessimist and noticed that your mood takes a dive? Or ever been around a very cheerful person and felt your mood lifting up too? This is what you call entrainment – to put it simply, how our energies affect each other to get synced.
It’s like Circadian Rhythm, the internal clock built in our body. Circadian rhythm is a method for your brain to signal alertness sleepiness, or body temperature changes by responding to light in the environment. Let’s talk about the sleep-wake cycle. The hypothalamus is a brain clock that responds to energetic time cues to help mammals determine when to get up and sleep. Any individual/person following a set routine for a more extended period will have their internal body clock working so efficiently that they might not even need external help from devices to set the alarm to wake up.
As a person who is always curious about the How, the Why things are the way they’re said to be, knowing about Crystals is equally fascinating. While studying crystals, I became intrigued by their electrical properties.
Crystals have their own unique vibration, much like everything else in the universe. The human body, like all living things, has a beat that may be influenced by other vibrations. The entrainment from working with crystals may alter not just your physical state but also your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Crystals tend to increase your vibration since their resonant frequencies are greater than those of the human body. It is beneficial for people to vibrate at a higher frequency because it enables us to progress spiritually, intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
Quartz, garnet, diamond, and other crystal sands were employed as abrasives by ancient civilizations to cut through rock and stone, make jewelry and decoration, and engrave intricate designs. Since the late 1800s, the piezoelectric effect was first shown using quartz crystals. It was discovered that synthetic crystals were more complex and abrasive than
natural crystals. As a result, they rapidly gained a significant market share in a wide range of sectors. The crystals have been utilized in technology from thereon.
Quartz has numerous applications in technical systems that need great accuracy, including oscillators that vibrate at a precise frequency. It is used in various devices, including sonars, wristwatches, amateur radio transmitters, and more. Due to quartz crystals’ ability to maintain a fixed frequency standard, timepieces like watches and clocks are accurate. Additionally, quartz is utilized in radios, microprocessors, and an array of other industrial and technical products.
The watch business makes use of synthetic quartz, ruby, and Sapphire. The sapphire crystal in Rolex watches is scratchresistant and colorless. Watch, and other mechanical devices’ robust bearings have been made from synthetic ruby. A silicon chip drives a synthetic quartz crystal watch to keep track of time. It is from pure quartz sand that one may produce silicon metal. This semiconductor has been instrumental in the invention of the transistor, microelectronics, and silicon chips, among other things.
For cutting stone blocks and decorative stones, diamond bits are used in industrial saws and ropes. Oil well drill bits are now equipped with diamond crystal-studded drill bits. To work with hard gemstones like Jade and Sapphire, jewelry and lapidary craftsmen utilize saws filled with diamonds, copper lapping covered in diamond dust, and diamond polishing powder.
Ruby Laser is a red-light beam invented in 1960 and generates a bright, focused beam with slight divergence. It has a wide range of industrial uses; CD players, long-distance phones, surveying, and microsurgery use this technology. The ruby laser pointer is helpful for lecturers of all kinds, not only college academics. Steel plates can be sliced with high-energy lasers, while diamonds can be drilled using low-energy lasers.
Energy is emitted and absorbed by some crystals. This implies they may be used in conjunction with computers and other gadgets to minimize radiation and any adverse consequences of device use, such as tension and anxiety. Some examples are Sodalite, tourmaline, and rose quartz. Citrine near a computer might boost your creativity and productivity.
Sense, Transform, Believe
People dedicate their lives to spiritual communication, such as mystics and psychic mediums, and energy healers and metaphysicians who are incredibly attuned to the energy around them. I don’t want you to become that person, though. Instead, I’d like to guide how the ordinary person may use crystals to experience energy changes. How do you connect with a stone meaningfully?
1. Having a skeptical mindset is very understandable. One has to have an open and curious mind to experience new wonders. Besides the fact that I didn’t believe in any of it, I wouldn’t visit a medical doctor/energy healer; if anybody had informed me, they use a crystal to help get rid of chronic cold, pains, cramps, etc. But I was astonished by the results and the change I felt after utilizing a crystal.
2. As I said earlier, enter this world of alternative healing and do not assume how things will be.
3. I’ve discovered, expectations put a limit on our experiences. As a result, when I embark on a new adventure, I try not to go in with any presumptions about what will happen because the Powers That Be (universe/Divine powers) may have something extraordinary in store for me. While working with a crystal, instead of expecting any kind of result, be in the moment and see where it’ll take you.
To begin working on your first crystal, find the one that calls to you, that excites you. You will know exactly which one I mean. If it is from the ones I mention further in this chapter, splendid.
And it is alright if it is not. Consider using a crystal that speaks to you, if you can, while working on healing. What do you know, maybe it is drawing you to itself for a very good cause(/reason)?
When we talk about crystals, no two people’s experiences are alike. In the end, all that matters is your experience and what you have to say. Try it out and see what happens. Put a crystal in your hand, hold it. Focus on the present and note what unfolds. Make it a point to observe your thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. Accept. Rely on the knowledge you gained from your own experience.
Are you wondering what you would feel when a crystal is in your hand? Well, it is entirely up to you and the crystal. Perceive and take notes of how you feel. Observe all the sensations occurring – anything physical or emotional and just let them flow through you. Do not alter or try to block anything. Accept it. Allow it.
While holding a crystal, keep an open mind and experience what emerges, don’t block it. Feel the shift in the vibes and sensations. These vibes and modifications may be minor or intense. All you have to do is allow it to flow through. These vibes, though essential, initiate the transformation.
Each crystal has its own properties and vibes, and everyone will have a different reaction to the same crystal. Simply put, I feel a sudden surge of energy (head rush) when in the vicinity of a high vibration crystal, like phenacite, but that does not mean that the person standing next to me will feel the same surge. They may be totally unaffected, for all you know. So, to be honest, what we both felt was completely different.
Two people working on the exact same crystal will get entirely different results. There are many ways to experience a crystal, and each one is unique. The way you see a crystal is determined by your own perceptions, vibes, desires, and assumptions. These elements are likely to change for somebody else, resulting in varied experiences. Similarly, one could have a specific need for a crystal to balance, whereas his buddy might have a different need balanced with the same crystal. Therefore, we conclude that there is no right or wrong way to use the crystal; they just acknowledge particular desires from the same crystal.
For someone like me, knowing everything about anything is necessary before attempting it at least once. One may spend hours, days, and even months reading and gathering all sorts of information about crystals; it is all just information unless they practically work with them. You might have gained a lot of knowledge but missed out on feeling the power within the crystals. That’s what I call a rookie mistake, a blunder made by the newbies.
Myths Debuked!
Curiosity may lead to education, but don’t let it come at the price of experiencing. Choose any crystal. Find the one that speaks to you, appeals to you. Wear it or just put it in your pocket. Hold it in your hand, and then continue reading. There are some myths about crystal healing and such alternative healing practices which I would like to dispel here:
a) It is All in the head:
The purpose of working with gemstones is to get you into your feelings rather than your head. You don’t need to justify or explain anything when you’re with crystals; they just let you feel. If you’re worried that it’s all in your head, just relax and let the crystals carry you away.
b) Must be spiritual to work with crystals:
Some of my friends wear crystals in different ways, andworking with them has brought about significant improvements in their lives. If you use crystals, it does notmatter if you’re spiritual or religious; crystals are compatible
with all faiths. Openness to new ideas and a genuine desire to improve yourself are all you need.
c) Crystals can harm too, not just do good:
Crystals have energy that may entrain yours. Intention & belief are key factors. If you anticipate crystals to hurt you, you may get hurt, but this is true for everything. Whether you utilize crystals, a placebo, or medication, your beliefs influence your outcomes and experiences. Most likely, you will not be injured if you approach crystals intending to alter vibration for the greater good.
d) The power of the crystals depends on how expensive they are.
The amount of money you spend on a crystal has nothing to do with its effectiveness. How a crystal impacts your energy is essential, and some of the most affordable stones may be just what you need.
e) No need to cleanse the crystals:
The power in the crystal is tainted with a mere touch. So before it reaches you, it has already collected vibes from several sources; it is mandatory to cleanse them and remove any undesirable energies. Will discuss more on cleansing or crystals in the coming chapters.
Collecting Crystals
Crystals, I believe, pick us as much as we pick them. Somemay only be here for a short time to fulfill a specific purpose. Others you may put to good use before donating to charity. Others may become a part of your life as a result of your attraction your desire to own them. Choosing crystals for any of these reasons is a smart move.
Two crystals with specific power helping you through some things will be referred to as a collection. Each one should be chosen with care, based on your instincts and knowledge of what works for you. Place it in your house as per the change you need in energy – bedrooms, baths, study, or your workplace. Build up a collection, if you wish, over the years. But remember, just because you’re interested in crystals doesn’t mean they have to take up all of your time and space.
Some points to be considered before you start collecting crystals:
1. Do you have any crystals in your possession? If so, make a list.
2. How well-versed are you with the properties of the crystals you own? Do you know their names? If not, then keep on reading, and in Chapters 5 & 6, we’ll discuss the crystals and their characteristics in detail.
3. The 10 “workhorse” crystals are an excellent place to start if you wish to expand your collection. Considering how versatile these gems are, every new player should have access to them. There’s a lot more to learn about these gems over here.
4. However, knowing the names of your crystals helps you utilize them more precisely. To begin, I have made a colorcoded crystal chart to assist you in identifying your stones.
5. Once you’ve determined your crystals, check to decide whether or not you lack any of the 10 crystal workhorses. Starting your collection by filling in any holes in your inventory will be a fantastic way to get the ball rolling.
6. Where to shop for crystals? There are several places and online websites that assist you in buying the crystals you need. Though it’s preferable to purchase crystals in person so that one can hold the crystal to feel its vibes. There is nothing wrong with buying online, too; just that thorough cleansing is needed.
7. Crystals may be purchased at retail in many cities and villages. Some examples of these businesses are mystical bookshops, crystal boutiques, and new age shops. If the staff is knowledgeable, most stores will allow you to handle the stones before you buy.
8. For crystal shopping, go no further than one of the many roadside minerals or gem shows. Entrance fees may apply, and many events only happen a few times each year in your region, so prepare ahead of time if you can. For the most part, event sellers know a lot about the crystals and will let you touch them before buying anything from them.
9. You can find some big-name retailers and auction or craft sites like SoulWellnessStore.com. Look at the seller’s reviews before making a purchase to ensure that they are a trustworthy company.
Natural therapeutic tools, such as gemstones, vary in their effectiveness. Some are very potent and useful than others. In the following chapters, we’ll take a closer look at these 10 crystals. For the time being, think of these as your beginner’s kit. Must have crystal workhorses.

Crystals:Cut-Uncut & Sacred Geomentry
be traced back to one or more geometric forms. Crystals may take any of these forms. Polyhedrons and spheres are just a couple from several other shapes, crystals may take, and each one offers its own unique properties. Working with stones carved into these forms will allow you to access the properties of the crystal and the sacred structure. Here are some sacred geometric shapes in crystal grids and how they make you feel:
Dodecahedron:
The dodecahedron serves as a powerful energy tool. It links you to intuition and higher worlds.
Hexahedron:
The earth element is symbolized as a hexahedron, which is a six-sided cube. It provides a sense of rootedness and stability.·
Icosahedron:
Associated with Water elements because of their shape. Establishes a link between you and the forces of change and flow.
Merkaba:
It resembles a 3D Star. It’s also linked to the power of divine truth and enduring knowledge.
Octahedron:
Octahedrons symbolize the element Air, which encourages qualities such as compassion and kindness.
Sphere:
The energy of fullness, wholeness, and oneness is all radiated by the sphere simultaneously.
Tetrahedron:
Tetrahedron or pyramid represents the element Fire & is associated with stability, equilibrium, and the power to bring about change.
Some vendors have started trademarking crystals in the last few years to increase their sales. There is usually a much less expensive generic crystal with the same characteristics for every branded crystal. This works similarly to brand-name medicines and generics. Except for pricing, there is no distinction between branded and nonbranded crystals. When crystals are branded, it is usually because they come from a specific location on land that belongs to the individuals who are branding them. However, the location has little to no effect on the crystal’s properties.
These are some gems and the names they can be recognized as:
- Amazon Jade is basically amazonite.
- Aqua Terra Jasper is resin or onyx.
- Atlantis Stone is Larimar.
- Azeztulite is clear quartz.
- Boji Stones are Kansas pop rocks or concretion stones.
- Healerite is chrysolite.
- Isis Calcite is white calcite.
- Lemurian Light Crystals are Lemurian quartz.
- Mani Stone is black-and-white jasper.
- Master Shamanite is black calcite.
- Merkabite Calcite is white calcite.
- Revelation Stone is brown or red jasper.
- Sauralite Azeztulite is quartz from New Zealand.
- Zultanite is the mineral diaspore.
- Agape Crystals combine these 7 crystals: clear quartz, smoky quartz, rutilated quartz, amethyst, goethite, lepidocrocite, and cacoxenite.
Patterns, Colors & Vibes- All you need to pick'em!
Previously, I discussed the top three among the ten crystal workhorses. That does not imply that you must purchase the crystals in question. The crystals in chapter # might help you with specific problems or ideas. There are alternative methods for locating crystals that are suitable for you, as well. You should select your crystals with the Vibes you get, colors, or crystal system. The 3 easy and correct ways to initiate your collection.
Earlier, I discussed crystal systems. Crystals are classified into crystal systems based on their inner structure. These crystal systems possess specific properties, like:
- Hexagonal Crystals: Manifests
- Isometric Crystals: Amplifies Energy
- Monoclinic: Protection
- Orthorhombic Crystals: Cleanse, Unblock, Release.
- Tetragonal Crystals: Attracts
- Triclinic Crystals: Wards off Negativity.
- Trigonal Crystals: Balances & re-energizes
- Amorphous Crystals: different properties.
Color’s significance goes well beyond personal taste. Vibrational energies corresponding to different colors have therapeutic effects. In the following chapter, we’ll talk about color’s distinct characteristics. However, you may pick crystals for specific problems by choosing a crystal from the crystal system that has the qualities you want it to show combined with the therapeutic principles of the hue. Each crystal has a unique vibrational frequency that helps to eliminate blockages and repel bad energy, no matter how eye-catching the hues or the alien patterns are.
Once you are clear about the basics of crystals, you must go with your gut. Hold them. Feel them. Welcome the vibes emitted by the crystal. What do you sense – Calmness? Uneasiness? Or any other emotional or physical changes? Only after this examination will I pay for the crystal.
What happens if you don’t do it? That’s not to suggest that you should never use that crystal again if you have a terrible experience with it. With time, the gems that speak to you will change. Do not ignore feelings of attraction you have toward crystals other than their appearance; if a crystal calls to you, you can rest assured it is a crystal choosing you.
Shopping for Crystals
- Before making a purchase, do some homework on the shop. Look up the reputation of the vendor online and see what others have to say about them.
- There are experts – Mystical Shops, Crystal shops, exhibition or gem shows, don’t feel shy and ask them to help with your search, they’ll love it. Enlighten yourself, use the resources around you.
- Beware of scammers. If you’re unsure about a crystal’s name, ask the seller. If so, seek a generic substitute. Find out more from an app or through an online search.
- Choosing a crystal is a really personal and fulfilling process. When confronted with a plethora of stones, one frequently sticks out; it has a unique charm and appears to be exactly perfect. This is the crystal you should select!
- Don’t be scared to handle crystals when making your decision. Simply focussing on the crystal in your palm will make you aware of its power. Your best option will be the one with the most potent and optimistic vibes.
- Regardless of its look, your pick is generally the one that initially piqued your interest and feels exactly right. Trust your intuition. Stay aware, alert. You might feel a pull towards a particular area in the shop. Check the crystals in that area; some might be calling to you. Let your gut guide you through the store.
- Feel the stones. Touch them. You should always hold the crystals you purchase in your hands before making a purchase. If a shop doesn’t let you hold or touch crystals before buying them, then leave the shop.
- It’s easy to reach for the first appealing, shiny thing that catches your eye. Yes, I get it! Segment your search.
Crystal Healing
If you’re new to crystals, a great way to harness their healing power is to utilize healing stones to manifest your goals and desires. Crystals are physical forms with enormous vibrations that link us to the Earth. This energy remains connected to you when you wear or place these stones near your skin. These gems pick up on your particular vibrational energy and amplify it.
You are not only a physical being. You also have a mental/emotional component and what some refer to as a spiritual component or soul. These three facets of your personality are interconnected and radiate energy. It’s critical to focus on all three of these areas if you want to be genuinely healthy. The ideal balanced energy flow occurs when all three elements of your life are in harmony. Energy must be balanced by removing or absorbing excess, increasing deficiency, removing obstructions, and vibrating at a frequency in harmony with optimal physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. In all of these ways, crystals can help you improve your health by adjusting the energy flow.
Crystal energy supports you on your spiritual path by reminding you of your mission and connection to the Earth. A well-thought-out purpose is the starting point for healing gemstones since it becomes part of its energy. Crystals help heal the Body, Mind, and Spirit.
The body is the physical self. Crystals transform your body by balancing your energy and help treat migraines or minor headaches, fatigue, and other physical health issues.
The mind is both – the physical and the non-physical parts of self. Non-physical parts are thoughts, dreams, feelings, etc. Crystals’ resonant frequencies can assist healing by balancing the mind’s energy. Among the conditions that can be alleviated are anxiety, sadness, stress, sleeplessness, nightmares, and lack of motivation.
Spirituality is the non-physical self. Crystals can aid in the development of virtues such as forgiveness, compassion, and unrestricted love. To top it all off, they can assist you in reaching out to your spiritual self or the greater power of nature.
Choose, Cleanse, Charge & Maintain
Now that the collection of the gemstones is on a roll, let’s first learn how to clean/detox them and maintain the vibes within the crystals.
Choose, Cleanse, Charge & Maintain
To some extent, crystals are like people: you can tune into their energy, but they can also tune into the energies around them. As a result, whenever a crystal is handled, moved, or simply sits in the emotional milieu of your house, its vibrational energies may shift somewhat. It’s critical to regularly cleanse crystals to counteract this impact. Here are a few ways for the cleansing:
Moon: On a full moon, leave them outside or on a windowsill.
Water: Use the rain to wash them or a basin of salt water to clean them. (never cleanse any raw or natural crystal in salt, water, or saltwater)
Smoke: Smudge them with sage or palo santo. If you don’t have any, a candle will do!
Sound: Use a singing bowl (crystal or brass), ring it, and hold the crystals with the sound range.
Earth: Bury them for 24 hours. Energetic waste may be absorbed by the ground, reviving the crystal.
Use purifying crystals; you may place your crystals atop a selenite tower, which will cleanse their energy.
Kickstart the crystals for healing. Charge ’em!
After you’ve cleansed the crystal, hold it and close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Once you are in that place of calm and serenity, ask your crystal to drain off all the undesirable vibes and energy or prior intents or programming. “Programming” or dedicating crystals to a particular goal gives them strength. You can program newly cleansed crystals with intent. The intention is critical when dealing with energy. Crystals are ready to help you, but you must point them in the right direction. When you are vibrating at a lower frequency, your goals may get disorganized. When you reestablish the contact with your programmed crystal again, it will aid you in reconnecting with your goals and unlimited potential.
I would also suggest that we should discover which hand is for sending and receiving vibes. Now, the sending hand is the one you write with, as it moves the energy out of your body. The receiving hand that draws in the vibes.
I’ve experimented with a few different approaches for programming my crystals with a purpose (intention). Sharing the most effective ways here:
- Hold the crystal firmly in the palm of your receiving hand.
- Stand beside a window or in the sunlight. And say the following:
“I commit this crystal for the greater good.
I ask that it be used in the spirit of love and light.” - After that, configure the crystal to meet your demands and specifications. This crystal can assist you with several issues related to work, self-care, health, and others! Imagine and feel what it would be like to achieve your objective while holding the stone in your hand.
- Once you’ve visualized your intent, finish the procedure by speaking the following.
“I devote this crystal for the [your purpose].” - Wearing your stones for seven days, I believe, is the most effective method of igniting their enthusiasm.
What is Intention?
When you are into healing energies, your intent to do so makes everything work. Setting objectives is a powerful approach to attaining joy and well-being because ideas generate vibrations throughout the universe.
The human mind is a powerful thing. Our thoughts, words, and actions affect what goes on around us. Having a goal in mind allows us to put our aspirations, goals, and fundamental values into context. It also assists us in avoiding negative thought patterns and enables us to live in the current moment.
Intentions can attract people, objects, and ideas. They are drawn to items that will help them realize their aspirations. Intention-setting is a powerful approach for improving one’s well-being. The first stage in developing an intention is to choose goals that align with your values, aspirations, and purpose.
You have to decide what you like to experience and say it aloud as if you have already achieved it. Instead of “I want to” or “I will,” make a statement starting with “I am [experiencing what you wish to feel].” These are also called affirmations. Always express your goals in the present tense, as if they are occurring right now, and only state what you desire. Also, make a note of your final objective or what you want your life to look like in the end. Don’t be a robot!

Remember to clean your crystals at regular time intervals. Also, cleanse them when you buy new ones or use them for healing. This will maintain the purity of the vibes in the crystals. There are many ways to learn more about crystals to further your understanding and practice of energy healing. Using just one crystal has a significant impact. When combined with other crystals or healing techniques, you will experience more profound energetic changes in life.
Grids
Crystal grids are used by a variety of practitioners to focus energy for a variety of purposes. Each grid node is a gemstone, and when aligned with other stones, it becomes more powerful. For example, they can be used to bring in abundance, healing and connect you to the universe. Herbs, flowers, fruits, metal, feathers, bones, and so on can all be placed into the grid.
The Grid can be of any shape, but sacred geometry shapes amplify the power with correct arrangement. These basic shapes represent a particular purpose and are part of a group of shapes of The Sacred Geometry.
Spiral:
A spiral means the progression of life. It is a symbol of spiritual development and growth.
Circle:
A symbol of totality, wholeness, original perfection, and timelessness, the self.
Vesica Piscis Or Mandorla:
This shape is a part of The Seed of Life (a figure of Sacred geometry) symbolizes creation, an intersection of the spiritual world and the world of matter.
Square:
The 4 corners represent unity, stability, and order. It symbolizes the truth and materialistic elements of the Earth.
Triangle:
A triangle symbolizes perfection, strength, wisdom, and connection. It is the apex of mind, body, and spirit.
Grids can be as simple as a spiral or a circle or as complex as the full Seed of Life. Pentagram, Cross, Star of David, Merkaba are also few of the many grids you can use. Here’s what you will need to make a crystal grid:
Crystal Grid (Shape):
Let your gut feeling guide you about the shape or choose one. Draw the pattern on paper, cloth, wood, or take a print.
Crystals:
Firstly, cleanse them properly before use. The main crystal or the activation crystal must be placed in the center, and surrounding crystals will fill in the rest of the points/lines of the pattern. Thus, amplifying the energy of the main stone, Perimeter stones bind the power to the grid.
Environment:
Look for a place in or around your house. It has to be free from any other kind of movements or disturbances. One can use Fen-Shui to augment the power of the gird.
The Intention:
Jot down your intention on a piece of paper and place it under the center of the grid.
Candles & other Energy Tools [optional]:
You can place candles, singing bowls, incense, or any such thing that helps enhance the positive energy around the grid.
Sharing a couple of simple grid arrangements:
1. Forgiveness:
The configuration for the grid of forgiveness is a Spiral. Selenite is used as the activation stone. Clear quartz plays the role of perimeter stones.
2. Creativity:
The configuration for creativity grid is a Vesica Piscis. Citrine is the activation stone and Amethyst is the perimeter stone.
Instructions for making a crystal grid:
1. Cleanse the energy within and the place where you will be making the grid.
2. Decontaminate any residual energy from the crystals.
3. Charge those crystals. Concentrate on your intention and visualize that the crystal is filling up with that energy.
4. Put the written intention in the center of the grid. Play some music to create a mood, light up some candles, all the while focusing on your intention.
5. Now place the crystals on the grid. Normally the main stone or the activation stone is larger than the rest. You have to make sure to follow your instincts and be consistent with the symmetry.
6. You can “connect” each stone by touching each one while drawing an invisible line to “connect the dots” with your finger or another stone. This is how you activate the grid.
7. Now you can meditate in peace keeping the grid as your focal point.
Crystals are Mother Earth’s treasures. Presenting them in a crystal grid is more than just a way to put your crystals to use and manage their energy. It’s also an exciting way to decorate your space. It is a creative representation of your intention. A color theory is both a science and an art form in its own right.
Colors
It is undeniable that, color psychology has a positive effect on our emotions and mental state. While some places are depressing, others can actually enhance our well-being and productivity. In addition to having an effect on mood, colors also affect our physical well-being. Also, the color stimulates the mind and nervous system, promoting conversation and arousing the senses.
Color psychology refers to the study of how colors influence our emotions and moods. Seeing different colors elicits different psychological responses in us. Greenery always makes us feel more at ease. When working in offices decorated in warmer colors like browns and golds, people tend to feel more comfortable, whereas when in offices painted in lighter shades like pale blue or white, they tend to feel more uncomfortable. These colors don’t actually alter the temperature of the environment, but they can still have an impact on the perception of the people who see them.
Crystals, chakras, and energies all have certain corresponding color, that will help you work through specific issues. The 7 chakras have 7 different colors. We’ll discuss more about chakras in detail.
chakras & Sound
Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit. Imagine them as freeflowing spinning discs of energy that should remain balanced and aligned, as they directly correlate to the nervous system, major organs, and parts of the human body that influence emotional and physical well-being.
There are 7 main chakras located down our spine. Each chakra has its own color, crystal, and other characteristics. If a chakra is out of alignment or, as we call it, imbalanced, one may experience physical, emotional, or spiritual discrepancies. These chakras are activated or opened by proper repetiton of a sound, which again is unique for each chakra.

A lot of people are intimidated by the thought of meditating because it seems tough. It is a common misconception that the only way to meditate is to sit in Padmasana (lotus posture) on the floor reciting “ॐ” (Aum). But that is only one sort of meditation. A mantra is a word or phrase that concentrates your thoughts on an aim or affirmation. The goal of yogic and dhyana practises is to achieve unity with one’s everlasting essence (the soul).
Meditation (dhyana) is a technique or activity to achieve mental peace. Needs consistent and daily practice. Sit comfortably. Concentrate on something or a certain point, and repeat an affirmation while being concscious about your breathing. Initially, speaking affirmations helps with the focus. Choose any positive mantra or affirmation you like: peace, joy, healing, love, or anything else you want to focus on. Holding or looking at a crystal amplifies the energy and purpose.
Concentration/Focusing can be a tough task in meditation; your mind needs to be clear of all other thoughts, . I propose daily meditation, starting with 5 minutes and working up to 20 minutes or more as needed. This chapter has shown you several ways to deepen your work with crystals. There’s a lot
to learn about each of these areas, but they aren’t prerequisites for working with crystals. These are optional activities, so take or leave what you like. Working with crystals alone might assist you start making good changes in your life.
