Crystals Grids
This section of the book contains crystal prescriptions forvarious ailments. Each contains suggestions for crystals to utilise as well as a mantra/afrmation to speak aloud or mentally before beginning crystal work. This mantra helps you focus. Choose crystals that speak to you.
One must be open to change. Then healing can occur. It’s slow. Their mindset must be open. During the therapy sessions, individuals must entirely eliminate doubt, fear, and negativity. A happy, receptive mindset aids healing. Changing oneself requires openness. It helps to think positive thoughts like “I am ready to receive” or “I am thankful for what I am about to receive” when one doesn’t receive properly.
Abuse is a lifelong pain for many. The abuser’s pain must be released, as must the abuser’s type of abuse, which may be physical, emotional, mental, or sexual. Hard work is required to move forward and live an empowered life.

1 : Carnelian
Abuse, whether physical or sexual, frequently settles in Svadhishthana Chakra. The second chakra, the seat of personal strength. In this scenario, orange Carnelian is an effective choice stone. Wearing your receiving (non-dominant) hand, comfortably sit or lie down. Close your eyes and imagine a dark mass in your Svadhishthana Chakra. Then imagine that dark mass pouring into the Earth from the area of your body that is contacting the ground (your feet, bottom, or back, depending on your position). The Earth will re-balance you. Hold the carnelian on your Svadhishthana Chakra and keep reciting the mantra. Take as long as you need.
2: Yellow Tiger’s Eye
This will impair your self-worth and self-esteem, especially if you have been subjected to emotional and mental abuse. These are the difficulties for the Manipur Chakra at the sternum’s base. Close your eyes and place the Yellow Tiger’s Eye stone in your receiving (non-dominant) hand. Imagine a golden light growing in your Manipur Chakra. Recite the mantra continuously as you feel the Chakra lightening. You can also add a self-esteem mantra. “I deserve excellent things.” This can be repeated as needed.
Abuse Grid:
Abuse impacts three essential aspects of one’s self: safety, power, and esteem. a crystal grid to heal A triangle grid harmonises body, mind, and soul. Place the grid under your desk, bed, or other frequently used place. Crystals should be washed monthly. The stone’s size and form are irrelevant.
Everyone goes through this phase of life. The best approach to deal with rage is to feel it. Trying to regulate it slows it down. But for chronic anger, hatred, frustration, and resentment, crystals are a great option.

1: Malachite
Anger is a Vayu chakra issue. Like addiction, it is an overflow of energy and emotion. An opaque crystal energy absorber is required to heal this. Malachite is a dark green opaque mineral that helps balance the Vayu chakra’s energies. Wearing a malachite pendant on a rope around the neck all day will help control the impulses. If you feel angry, close your eyes and repeat the mantra. Malachite needs daily cleansing.
2: Jasper (Red/Black)
Anger is a prevalent form of fear-based defence. An opaque black or crimson stone can assist.A red or black jasper can be pocketed. When you feel angry and it doesn’t seem to go away, ask yourself if it’s because you’re afraid. If so, grip the jasper in your dominant hand and stand solid. Next, imagine your anger as a dark crimson cloud that sinks into the Earth and is thereby neutralised. While doing so, repeat the mantra.
3: Anger Release Grid
Anger management requires unity and oneness. A circle of stones that amplify compassion and absorb hatred. Place this circular grid in high traffic areas or under the bed to help control rage. The circular grid stones, especially the focal stone, should be cleansed every few days. The stone’s shape is irrelevant.
Everyone worries now and then. But continual concern may be crippling. Anxiety takes many forms. There are phobias, OCD, GAD, social anxiety, etc. These are for chronic anxiety. The best stones for this are opaque stones that absorb surplus energy.

1 : Amber
Wearing amber as a necklace, ring, or bracelet. Alternatively, keep an Amber in your pocket.It’s best to hold Amber in your receiving hand. Then imagine a yellow light connecting your solar plexus to everyone else’s. Relax by taking long breaths.
2: Sodalite
Sit peacefully and close your eyes while holding a blue sodalite in your dominant hand. Visualize your anxiousness flowing through your body and into your sodalite hand. Keep repeating the slogan. Daily cleansing is required.
3: Amethyst and Lavender Oil
Anxiety often causes loss of sleep, which can lead to insomnia. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to a warm bath to help. 15-20 minutes of soaking While repeating the mantra, visualise your worries dissipate. Drain the tub while sitting in it. Imagine your worries flowing away with the river. Soak in amethyst under the bed or beside the bedside table after drying off. Imagine your worries as clouds drifting harmlessly away. Keep repeating the slogan.
Obsessive, chronic physiological or psychological demand for a habit-forming substance, action, or activity that causes adverse physical psychological or social repercussions and usually well-defined symptoms (such as anxiety, irritability, tremors, or nausea). So it’s not only about drugs and alcohol. In such circumstances, the person’s will must be reinforced, and letting go of the attachment requires much effort. Which gems would aid in such situations?

1: Hematite
Addictions require addressing the Hematite Muladhara Chakra. Hematite is one such mineral. Hematite absorbs energy, whereas crystals magnify it.Tape a little piece of Hematite under an area where you spend the most time. A little piece should also be taped to the foot of your bed. You can also carry a little bit in your pocket or on a ring. If you feel the need to use, hold the hematite in your dominant hand, close your eyes, and repeat the mantra. Daily hematite cleansing
2: Amethyst
Amethyst is known as the “Sobriety Stone” and is ideal for anyone addicted to alcohol, nicotine, or caffeine. Close your eyes and repeat the chant until the addictive urge disappears. Daily cleansing is required.
3: Chakra Layout
Make a simple chakra pattern with the chakra stones in a prominent location like your work station or bedroom. The crystals should be placed under the bed, with the black tourmaline below the Muladhara Chakra. The howlite should be positioned below the Sahasrar Chakra. These gems will absorb excess energies from their respective chakras, assisting in the treatment of addiction.

1: Citrine
Courage needs vigour to grow. Citrine, which vibrates at the Manipura Chakra’s frequency, is a great stone for Courage.Simply repeat the mantra while holding a piece of citrine in your receiving (non dominant) hand.
2 : Aquamarine
Aquamarine is a lovely stone that also gives courage. After all, it is the stone of courage. Wearing aquamarine and chanting the mantra will help you gain bravery.
3: Courage Grid :
The stones to utilise are Amazonite, aquamarine, and citrine, which are three very powerful courage stones. This grid has an Amazonite in the centre. As depicted in the diagram, place aquamarine above it and citrine below it. Surround the square with quartz to boost the energies.

3: 3rd Eye Grid
Two crystals grid ofAmethyst and Quartz. This belongs on the nightstand. Ask yourselfthe decision-making question before you go to bed. These two crystals will answeryou as you sleep.
Gratitude towards merely helping in recognizing who you are. It helps focus on the essential things. Gratitude is required for positive development. So, Vayu chakra has it all. Amplification ofthis energyis needed.

1: Rose Quartz :
Rose Quartz, with its pink hue, is ideal for this. Especially ifit’s a heart, they double as lovely jewelry as well. So a rose quartz pendant necklace is perfect
2: Aquamarine
Aquamarine stone can be used to open the Vishuddha chakra, making it simpler to express gratitude. This is the chakra that aids in the expression of ideas through speech. Many people find that wearing an aquamarine necklace and repeating the phrase helps.
3: Gratitude Grid
Gratitude is a heart concern, so a heart-shaped grid with Rose Quartz as the focal point helps. Make this in a quiet place where you can sit and contemplate. Visualize thankfulness streaming into yourheart. Imagine it pouring all around you.
Grief is a natural emotional reaction to loss, and it must be completely experienced to dissipate. But being stuck in mourning makes it harder to feel joy and thankfulness. Working with crystals can help you go through your sorrowin a healthy way and eliminate any blocks that keep you locked in your sadness.

1: Apache Tears
Apache tears are a well-known grief crystal. They won’t make you happy, but theycan help you cope. Keep Apache tears on yourbedside as you grieve.
2: Ruby
Ruby can help mend a badly wounded heart. Place the ruby against your heart chakra. Visualize the ruby’s healing light entering and filling you as it washes awayyourgrief.
3: GriefGrid
Set up a stages-of-grief grid and keep it next to your bed oro ther frequented places. You’ll want to start with an Apache tear, which is good for anger. Then you’ll want to put in hematite (fordenial), rainbowfluorite(fordenial), blue kyanite (for bargaining), smoky quartz (for depression) and amethyst (for acceptance). A perimeter stone or activation stone isn’t available due to the passage of time. To the contrary, each stone supports a certain stage ofthe grieving process.

When it comes to gemstones, Larimar is one of my current faves because ofits gorgeous blue appearance (myfavourites change with great frequency). Larimar can be used as a talisman.You can keep it approximately a foot away from your eye while you repeat.
2: Blue Calcite
Another calming stone is blue calcite. In times of high stress, such as when your adrenaline levels spike and your fight-orflight reaction kicks in, it can help you relax. Always carry blue calcite in your pocket or purse for protection. In times of need,reach out for a non-obtrusive hand. As you hold the crystal in your palm, imagine a soothing blue energy enveloping your entire body.
3: Peace Grid
Change what you can control, let go ofwhat you can’t manage, and realise the difference are the steps laid out in the Serenity Prayer. In the midst of the most challenging situations, this crystal grid can help you find inner peace and knowledge by allowing yourselfto let go ofthe need to control.
Many people struggle with wealth, often due to our society’s conviction in its polar opposite, lack. The key to prosperity is believing there is enough and that you do not need to takefrom others to flourish. Prosperity is not about money, but having an abundance of the things you value, such as love compassion, joy, friendship, health, and money.

Apopularprosperitystone is citrine. I like citrine + feng shui (the Chinese system of arrangement of spaces to facilitate energy flow). Every room in your house has a prosperity corner. To find the prosperity corner of a room or a house, stand at the doorwayand lookinterior. The prosperitycorner is the backleft of every room and residence. The wealth corner is located in the southwest corner of each room and residence. Choose one ofthese strategies to find yourprosperitycorner.Charge the citrine by holding it in your dominant hand and repeating the chant. Place citrine crystals in the prosperity corners ofeveryroom in the house.
AVENTURINE
Green aventurine is a great prosperity magnet. Hold a green aventurine in your receiving (non-dominant) hand and imagine yourselfmagneticallyattracting wealth. Repeat for5–10 minutes.
PROGRESS GRID
Make a wealth grid. Place it in yourhome’s prosperity corneras described in the first point.
